I have witnessed my fair share of beautiful moments. But none surpasses the grandeur of the sun rising over the Grand Canyon. There is a reason why little children draw the sun as a glowing yellow semi-circle nestled between mountain. Only we adults are too busy to see the resemblance right in front of our eyes.
The sunrise was scheduled for 5.18 am that particular morning. We reached the view-point shortly after 5.13 am and joined a host of people with their camera’s pointing east. At sharp 5.18 am nature kept her appointment and she sure did not disappoint! The pictures were taken sequentially in a span of 10 minutes.
